TYPE – Based on High Solid Polyurethane Resin System and aliphatic isocyanate.
FEATURE– It is a two pack system, Base and Hardner packed & supplied separately
RECOMMENDED USE – As a top coat in Polyurethane system for Industrial and domestic finishes.

3. VISCOSITY : 50 + 5 @ 30o C
4. FINISH : Glossy , Uniform & Smooth
5. DRYING : Surface Dry 10 minutes max at 30o C and 10% humidity
Tack Free Dry – 1 hour maximum
Hard dry – Over Night and Recoating : after overnight
Full curing – 7 days
6. GLOSS : Very High Gloss
7. ADHESION : Excellent on properly primed surface
8. FLEXIBILITY : Passes ¼ “ Mandrel
9. SCRATCH HARDNESS : Passes 3000 grams
10. CHEMICAL RESISTANCE :
(a) 30% H2SO4 for 24 hrs – not affected
(b) 30% NaOH for 24 hrs – not affected
(c) Petrol / Diesel for 24 hrs – not affected
(d) Water – not affected
11. MIXING RATIO : Base : Hardner (BY VOLUME) 3 : 1
12. MATURATION TIME : 20 – 30 minutes.
13. POT LIFE (OF MIXTURE) : 6 to 8 hours.
14. APPLICATION : By spray at 25 seconds viscosity 25-30 at 30O
15. REDUCER : ST-4 & ST-5
16. THEORETICAL SPREADING RATE :8-10 Sq.M / Ltr per coat at 20-25 Microns DFT
17. SHELF LIFE : 6 months in sealed container, separately packed at normal ambient temperature.
Remarks : Stir both components separately before mixing in specified ratio i.e (3:1)
: To be used only in open or well-ventilated area because of products poisonous
vapours
: This hardener is sensitive to moisture.Keep the container tightly closed after partial
use
: Painting should be avoided in highly humid almosphere, spray gun & compressed air
should be free from moisture.
