RECOMMENDED USE – Polyester Putty / Body filler to fill up the dents and pits in process of automobile
Painting. It is part of the PU finishing system. It has good filling properties with quick setting and curing.
PROPERTIES :
1. COLOUR : White / Off white
2. CONSISTENCY : Uniform & smooth Paste
3. DRYING : Surface Dry – 2 minutes.
Hard Dry – 30 minutes.
Sanding after 30 minutes.
4. MAXIMUM THICKNESS : Per coat recommended – up to 2mm
5. SANDING PROPERTRY : Excellent
6. MIXING RATIO : Base : Hardener (BY WEIGHT) 100 : 3
7. POT LIFE (OF MIXTURE ) : 5 minutes Maximum
8. APPLICATION : By Putty Knife
9. SHELF LIFE : 6 months in separate sealed container at normal ambient temperature.
DIRECTION FOR USE : Mix 97 parts Base & 3 parts Hardener within 1 minutes. Apply by putty knife
immediately. Sand down after 30 minutes.
Remarks : Do not keep Mix Putty in fresh putty Pot. Keep Base & Hardener in cool & dry place.
: Hardener is Peroxide so keep it away from inflammable materials e.g.Solvent, Cotton wool etc.
: Avoid contact with skin & eyes. In case of eye contact wash properly with water & get medical help.
: To be used only in open or well-ventilated area because of products poisonous vapours
