TYPE – PU CLEAR ( Interior / Exterior)
FEATURE – It is a two pack system, Base and Hardner packed separately to be mixed before use.
RECOMMENDED USE – : It is used on wood as a finish/clear coat.
PROPERTIES :
(1) Colour : Transparent clear
(2) Specific gravity : 0.962 + 0.03
(3) Viscosity (of Base) : 50 + 5 seconds by Ford cup No. 4 @ 30OC
(4) Finish : Smooth & Uniform
(5) Gloss : Excellent Glossy
(6) Drying Time :Surface Dry – 20 minutes.
Tack Free Dry – 1 1/2 - 2 hours
Hard Dry – Over night
Full curing – 7 days
(7) Adhesion : Very good
(8) Pot life : Approx. 2-3 hours.
(9) Mixing Ratio (by volume) : Base : Hardner ( 4 : 1 )
(10) Maturation time : 20 Minutes
(11) Reducer : ST-4 & ST-5
(12) Shelf life : 6 months in sealed containers separately packed at normal ambient temperature.
Remarks : Stir both components separately before mixing in specified ratio i.e (4:1)
: To be used only in open or well-ventilated area because of products poisonous vapours
: This hardener is sensitive to moisture. Keep the container tightly closed after partial use
: Painting should be avoided in highly humid almosphere, spray gun & compressed air
should be free from moisture.
